How Center Cropping Works
Center cropping removes equal portions from the edges of an image while preserving the central area. Use the width and height percentage sliders to define how much of the original image to keep. For example, setting both to 80% removes 10% from each side, creating a tighter composition focused on the middle of the image.
This approach is perfect for: creating profile pictures from larger photos, removing distracting backgrounds, preparing images for fixed-dimension containers, and improving composition by eliminating empty space around the subject.
